When to visit
With its Mediterranean climate, Balagne welcomes visitors from May to October. However, during the shoulder seasons (May–June and September–October), temperatures are generally more pleasant than in summer, when heat peaks can quickly exceed 30°C.

How to get there
You can reach Balagne either by taking a ferry from Toulon or Nice and arriving in Île-Rousse, or by flying from Marseille, Nice, Paris Orly, Bordeaux (until the end of September for week-long stays), London (until mid-October for week-long stays), Lyon, Nantes or Toulouse, and landing at Calvi International Airport.
