The Santa Monica Holiday Residence welcomes you to an exceptional natural setting accessible via a panoramic road.
The estate is set in an unspoilt environment, surrounded by maquis. It’s a haven of peace, ideal for relaxing and unwinding.

The residence is ideally located just fifteen kilometres away from both Bonifacio and Porto-Vecchio.
It is around 4 kilometres away from the magnificent Rondinara beach and its restaurant Chez Ange.
You can therefore explore both sides of the seafront. If you’d like to discover the Corsican mountains, you’re only 1h30 away from the Aiguilles de Bavella.

The residence comprises twenty small villas offering privacy and comfort, set in a 4-hectare estate between sea and maquis.
From the Santa Monica Holiday Residence, you can contemplate the bay of Rondinara, southern Corsica and Sardinia on the horizon.

The site features a number of areas of conviviality:
– A reception area with valuable information about the region.
– A lounge where you can enjoy breakfasts, drinks and ice creams.
– A swimming pool area with a heated pool overlooking the sea, a waterfall over natural rocks and sun loungers.

A WIFI internet connection is available throughout the estate and a bakery service brings you fresh bread and pastries every day.
For your convenience, a special pass gives you free access to the Rondinara beach car park.
We also have two electric car charging points on the estate.

Santa Monica Holiday Residence : Our rentals

At Santa Monica Holiday Residence, all villas are equipped with air-conditioning and TV with TNT.
They have one or two bedrooms and sleep a maximum of 6 people.

The kitchens are all equipped with ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines, toasters, kettles, filter and pods coffee machines.
The bathrooms have showers and separate WCs.
Each villa includes a barbecue area and garden furniture.

Blankets, pillows and kitchenware are provided.
Bed linen is included, but towels are not.
Cots and high chairs are available free of charge on request.
