Recipe prepared in winter for 6/8 persons, with a preparation time of 30min and a cooking time of 3 hours.

JUGGED BOAR WITH MYRTLE

INGREDIENTS
For 6/8 people / Preparation time : 30min / Cooking time : 3 hours /24 hours of marinade

– 1kg of sauté of wild boar
– 1 large onion
– 5 cloves of garlic
– 50g of myrtle
– 3 carrots
– Thyme, rosemary, laurel
– 1l of red wine
– 2 spoons of flour
– 3 spoons of olive oil
– salt and pepper .

PREPARATION
– 1- Marinate the wild boar with all the other ingredients for 24 hours.

– 2- Brown the pieces of wild boar in olive oil, sprinkle them with flour and stir.

– 3- Add the marinade and leave to simmer gently for 3 hours.
