frittata cù u brocciu
Easy recipe, usually cooked in winter (from december to april).
6 pers / preparation time of 5 min / cooking time of 5-8 min
– 10 eggs
– 300g of brocciu
– 12 mint leaves
– 3 spoons of olive oil
– salt ans pepper.
– 1- Break the eggs in a salad bowl€‰; salt, pepper and beat them with a fork.
– 2- Add the roughly crumbled brocciu, the mint and beat again.
– 3- Cook the omelette in a frying pan with olive oil and turn it over when half-cooked.
