This recipe with Pastis may be cooked all the year long.
For 4 people / Preparation time : 10min / Cooking time : 1 hour
– 100gr of fine wheat semolina
– 30gr of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 zest of lemon
– 1 vanilla pod
– 1 litre of milk
– 1 or 2 bottle tops of pastis.
– 1- Boil the milk with the vanilla and lemon.
Take off the heat and sprinkle in the semolina. Add the eggs and the pastis. Mix everything together well.
– 2- Pour the contents into a caramel-coated mould, and then cook in the oven for about 1 hour.
