For 6 à 8 persons / Preparation time : 10min / Cooking time : 30min
-500gr of brocciu
-150 g of sugar
-1 orange or lemon
1-Beat the eggs, add the brocciu, sugar, orange or lemon zest and mix them all together.
2-Grease an oven-proof tart dish and pour in the mixture.
3-Cook in the oven for 30 mn, termostat 5.
The Fiadone is the most typical Corsican dessert, with several variations depending on the region, such as the “imbrucciata”or the “falculella”
