This recipe with Pastis may be cooked all the year long, this one is for 4 persons with a preparation time of 10min and a cooking time of 1 hour.

Ingredients

For 4 people / Preparation time : 10min / Cooking time : 1 hour

- 100gr of fine wheat semolina
- 30gr of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 zest of lemon
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 litre of milk
- 1 or 2 bottle tops of pastis.

Preparation

- 1- Boil the milk with the vanilla and lemon.
Take off the heat and sprinkle in the semolina. Add the eggs and the pastis. Mix everything together well.

- 2- Pour the contents into a caramel-coated mould, and then cook in the oven for about 1 hour.
