Ingredients

- 4 red peppers
- 250g of brocciu
- 2 eggs
- 1 sprig of basil
- 4 spoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper .

Preparation
- 1- Cut the peppers in two, length-wise, and de-seed them.
- 2- In a salad bowl, crush the brocciu with a fork, mix in the eggs and the finely chopped basil, salt and pepper. Now you have your stuffing.
- 3- Fill the peppers with the stuffing. Place them in an oiled ovenproof dish in the oven for 30 min at thermostat 6.
