Peperoni ripieni al brocciu
Receipe to cook during the Brocciu period ( from december to april ), for 4 persons, with a preparation time of 10min and a cooking time of 30min.
STUFFED PEPPERS WITH BROCCIU
 

Ingredients

For 4 people / Preparation time : 10min / Cooking time : 30min

• 4 red peppers
• 250g of brocciu
• 2 eggs
• 1 sprig of basil
• 4 spoons of olive oil
• Salt and pepper .

Preparation

• 1- Cut the peppers in two, length-wise, and de-seed them.

• 2- In a salad bowl, crush the brocciu with a fork, mix in the eggs and the finely chopped basil, salt and pepper. Now you have your stuffing.

• 3- Fill the peppers with the stuffing. Place them in an oiled ovenproof dish in the oven for 30 min at thermostat 6.
