The
difference between the western coast of the Cap Corse and the
eastern coast is very clear
In the West, nothing but peak and perched villages, particular
Nonza, fabulously nestling on a crag and overlooking a huge beach
In the east, it is almost the opposite : the relief is much softler
and often allows the road to follow the shore.Very logically, it
is there that most of the marings of the Cap were developed, with
respect for the natural environment particulare Erbalunga and Sisco.

The Extreme-North of the Cap corse, deserves a very particular
attention : first because of the famous small port of Centuri
and its fairy taile surroundings surrounding ( west slope ) but
also because of its completly wild landscapes of the northern
coast.
2 roads, the D153 et the D 253 allow to reach easily the
tiny ports of Tollare and Barcaggio. There, and until the big
port of Maccinaggio ( east ) are hidden the wildest landscapes
of Corsica, recovered of a aboundant maquis, punctuated of genoese
towers and beaches deserted all along the year.
Round, difficult to believe that 150km around the mediterranean
seal is the italian Riviera and its crammed coastline….
