Note :
-Bed linen is provided.
-Bath towels are not provided.
-Pets are not allowed.
-A security deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival and will be refunded in full one week after your departure, providing no damage has occurred during your stay.
-Your reservation, subject to availability, will only be confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total rent has been paid.
- Final cleaning (obligatory): 50€ to be paid with the security deposit
