Rates 2010:
From €5,000 to €10,000 per week depending on the season
July – August minimum rental: 15 days

Renting conditions:
-The booking will be definitive upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the total rent amout, subjected to availability.
Kindly settle the balance on the day of your arrival, when the keys are handed over.
- A bond of €10,000 (we won’t cash it) will be required on the day of your arrival.
It will be given back to you one week after your departure provided there is no damage.
- On the day of your arrival, you will be asked to pay €150 with the bond for a final cleaning - outside July-August.
Household linen included,
Pets not welcome
A cleaner will come 4 h/week.
