In the heart of Casinca, a totally preserved village (protected site), overlooking the sea, 30 km south of Bastia, a region with many mountain villages, our two semi-detached mini-villas and our detached villa are situated in the middle of a mixed forest, (private property of about 5ha), they are surrounded by pine trees and are 80m away from a sandy beach, with direct access.
The location is ideal for all who want to enjoy lots of space, nature, and dolce far niente.
Children can easily occupy themselves on their own and so their parents also get a relaxing holiday.
On the main road “R.N. 198”, which is 3.5km away, you can get to all the regions of the island in a one- day roundtrip (Corte, but also Ile-Rousse, Calvi, as well as Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio).
Ideale location to visit Corsica
The owner, who lives on the site, is more than happy to advise you about hiking tours, cultural and other events around an aperitif or a coffee.

The semi-detached mini-villas « U luminellu », « A vitalba » and the detached villa « Catalina » are part of this totally enclosed family property with sea view.
The living-area of the single-storey mini-villas is about 50 to 55m2 and of the villa, which is slightly elevated (4 steps), about 80m2.

U LUMINELLU (L'Asphodele) - jusqu'à 7 personnes, comprend:
- 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with 1 double bed each (140 x 190); 1 room with 2 single beds (90x190);
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer; gas cooker; oven; dishwasher, microwave oven; coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc...)
- 1 dining room (sideboard - table + chairs; cable TV; 1 sofa)
- 1 bathroom – toilet with washing machine; vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron;
- 1 partially covered terrace, with garden table and chairs; deck chairs; built-in grill, parasol.
Bed linen furnished for a stay of one week.
Pets allowed : 25€/day per pet

Identical with that of “U luminellu”, but only 2 bedrooms.
In the dining room there is a pull-out sofa bed.
