The Marine de Palumbare Residence lies in the heart of the Balagne, 150m from the sea, 70m above the coastal road, and gives you a unique view of Ile Rousse and its resplendent sunsets.
The owners, Thierry PERALDI, Matea, and their two children live in the residence and are at your disposal for any information concerning hikes, beaches, rivers, cultural events, restaurants, etc…
In this residence there are three beautiful stone houses with apartments on the first floor as well as a swimming pool with a panoramic view of the “big blue”.
Here you will certainly find an authentic and calm environment.

DESCRIPTION :
The apartments, renovated between 2003 and 2007, all have a sea view and can accommodate 2 to 6 people (2 and 3 room apartments).
Each apartment has one or two rooms, a kitchenette leading into a living room (with terrace or balcony).
They are all thermally and acoustically insulated and have built in wardrobes, an electric hob, a refrigerator, freezer, individual grill, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, complete set of pans and pots, pull-out sofa beds in the living-room, and wooden garden furniture.
In the guest lounge there is a flat-screen TV at your disposal as well as unlimited access to internet and a free access to a WIFI Livebox and various games.

On arrival you will receive a set with tea towels, floor cloth, sponge, toilet paper, bin liner for the bathroom and kitchen.
