The Vacation Rentals Anaïs are situated in a very calm, exclusively residential area, and are less than 300m from shopping facilities, 1 kilometre from the citadel and 2 kilometres from the port of Porto Vecchio. |

Description :
The Anaïs Vacation Rentals consist of 2 single-storey bungalows, recently constructed on a totally enclosed property, secured with an electric entrance gate equipped with remote control and digicode.
Our bungalows are completely insulated and air-conditioned, with a living space of 40m2 that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Each bungalow consists of:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a wardrobe and two bedside tables and lamps.
- 1 bathroom with washbasin sur plan, washing machine, shower stall and toilet.
- 1 kitchenette with a 230l refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, extractor hood, hob with 3 gas and 1 electric burner.
- 1 living room with sofa bed, table with four chairs, cable TV.
- Ironing board and iron are available.

RATES These rates include in the price the water, electricity and gas comsuptions.
- Stay taxes : 0.70 euro per day and per person.
- Final cleaning obligatory: : 45 euros.
- Bed linen is provided.
- Possibility to rent bed linen 10 euros per bed and per week.
- Security deposit: 450 euros, refunded in full one week providing no damage has occurred during your stay.
In case departure before 8.00 am this one will be refund by mail post.

Booking conditions :
On booking a down payment of 30% , of the total amount indicated on your rental contract must be made.
Balance to be paid on handover of keys.
Accepted payment methods: French checks or bank transfer.
Rentals: Saturday to Saturday from June to September
Arrival: after 5 p.m.
Departure: imperatively before 10 a.m.
Pets are not allowed.
Please notify us of your time of arrival 24 hours in advance.
Our tenants are requested to be respectful of the peaceful environment of this place and to return the bungalow in the same state of cleanliness as on their arrival. |
