Location :
At 10 mn from Ajaccio’s airport.
On the south side of the bay of Ajaccio, in the town of Eccica Suarella, located on « La Plaine de Saint Jean » towards the Pisciatella locality. At 4 mn by car from the fisrt beach of Porticcio.
Coming from Ajaccio access by RN 196 direction Bonifacio, then driving on the departemental towards Pila Canale.
The flat is located in the heart of a vineyard, which makes of the location a place of charm.
A car is necessary, electric gates assure safety during the night.

That is a flat from about 90 m2.
It is a part of a house made of 3 apartments.
Face to the cellar of the wine-growing estate.
You will find at the first floor :
- An equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge freezer.
- The living room with sofa bed, TV plug with TNT, opening of the outside with garden furniture and barbecue.
At the floor :
- The first roomy bedroom with a bed in 160, a big cupboard in the wall and another cupboard
- The second bedroom with a bed in 140 and a bed in 90;
- Bathroom with shower, and toilets.
Sheets , on resquest in extra charge.
Towels, tea towels non provided.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
